Mango Salsa
Ingredients
8 oz nearly ripe mango diced into half inch cubes 1tbs finely chopped red/white onion 2 tbs finely chopped fresh coriander 1 tbs fresh/bottled lemon juice touch of salt touch of sugar touch of red chillie powder or paprika (optional)
Method
- Place all ingredients in a serving bowl and mix well togther.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator to serve with roasts and rice dishes.
