Sour cream dip
An excellent dip originating from our family in the USA.
Ingredients
6 oz sour cream
half tsp freshly crushed garlic
touch of salt
1 tbs very thinly sliced fresh coriander
1 crushed green chillie
2 tbs milk or water
Method
- Place the sour cream in a serving bowl, add all other ingredients and mi well.
- Chill for a couple of hours.
Thin down to use as a dressing, or use as is as a dip with crisps/bread rolls/tacos etc.
