Green Chutney


This is a really good mixture of mainly green ingredients and works very well as a dip or accompaniment.

Ingredients

2 oz onion
1 generous cup roughly chopped fresh green coriander (shoots and roots)
2 small green chillies
4 oz tomatoes
half tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tbs fresh/bottled lemon juice

Method
  1. Wash the green chillies and green coriander and plenty of water.
  2. Place all ingredients in a chopper and work until chunky yet well mixed together.
  3. Remove into a serving bowl, add more salt and or sugar to adjust to your liking.
