Chutney Apple/mango
This chutney goes well with a lot of dry snacks and starters but especially with the Dokhra and Kebabs.
Ingredients
4 tbs fresh green coriander 4 fresh green chillies 8 oz cooking apple or raw mango half cup raw peanuts (optional) 1 tbs fresh/bottled lemon juice 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt
Method
- Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse together until they all form a thick paste.
- Remove into a small bowl.
Serve with roasts and other dry dishes.
