My recipes and Sabiha's Kitchen cookery courses always use certified halal meat products, fresh seasonal produce, organic as far as possible and authentic spices. However, I make sure that all the ingredients I suggest are readily available to anyone who lives near a good Asian store or big supermarket, so that you can recreate these lovely dishes at home. Dishes are versatile and can easily be tailored to most dietary requirements.
